  When orders are made up late in the afternoon, the frozen muffins are fetched from their portable freezer which is outside behind the factory. One day, the stolen shopping trolley was piled too high with muffins. Instead of making two trips, the employee made one trip. Subsequently, a few packets of muffins fell from the top. It was pouring with rain and about 3 or 4 muffins escaped their packs and rolled out onto the ground into a big puddle. The employee in charge of orders quickly put them back into the packs and the muffins were sent out to businesses the next morning. One day Lynette was called into the donut area. I saw Lynette dip her finger into custard and icing a few times to taste the donuts! Donuts that weren’t hers. She also wears bare feet in strappy sandals in food production areas. A whole book could be written about this establishment. Don’t believe the fake reviews written by friends and/or family to purposefully counter the honest negative reviews. Lastly, the big boss Richard needs life coaching and/or a business workshop to control his temper and anger. There are ways to speak to clients and employees. If you don’t look after either then eventually no-one will want to do business with you. Richard has toxic, fake relationships with anyone who depends on his late pay cheque. Many have parted ways with the man because they can’t bear more of the same. He needs to sell his products at any personal cost because his livelihood depends on it. There is no passion or love for what he does or makes. Cake and cookie products are honestly around a 4/10 at best. Hygiene practices, like leaving products with meat and dairy at room temperature for hours upon hours, is not good. This place needs a health inspector, the fair work ombudsman and possibly Tony Robbins to show everyone their worth as human beings.
