    Sorry Frankston Toyota, I would like to be saying something nice about you but I can't, after being given the incorrect information 8 months ago I have wasted over $500 of my money. I believe for you to make it right was to credit half of it but you didn't. Now everyone will read this and take their car and money else where. Also the man working in the spare parts shop further up the road is very rude and needs to learn respectful customer service (he's not always right and needs to apologies for his mistake) and more about the products he sells. It's not the one that owns Billie the dog.

    another bunch of people who are more interesting in drinking coffee than servicing clients: like their mates in Brighton Toyota , totally apathetic to assist in giving simple information = therefore, will not buy my new car from them either. Plenty of HOW CAN I HELP YOU ...words and words but, nothing done. PATHETIC
