  I called 3D windows to have 3 jobs done but only one job done correctly. I asked for a window replacement to where the old air-con unit was, I ended up having to help the guy carry the unit down and out the door, and injured myself. I asked for a winders to be installed in a bedroom, and they guy broke the window. In panic, Darren directed him to replace the glass and glue the window back on, leaving the window un-openable, despite the whole purpose of the service. They wanted to get the money and run away, without the need to know the customer's satisfaction. I called to raise the issue, and Darren told me to go away, don't bother him. Is that the ethic to carry the business? 2 years ago, I was dealing with a more senior consultant, and he sent 2 guys down, finished the job quickly and satisfactorily. I can say I am not happy this time with Darren's decision to send 1 guy, and instructed him to glue my window stuck.
